Fit Farms offers a supportive weight loss retreat and wellness resort experience designed to help guests improve fitness, lose weight and create healthier long-term lifestyle habits in a safe and encouraging environment. Inspired by the natural beauty and wellness-focused lifestyle associated with the Georgia region, our programmes are built around fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, relaxation and sustainable lifestyle change.
The Fit Farms programme follows our five core pillars: nutrition, exercise, mindset, sustainability and relaxation. Guests receive ongoing support from our experienced wellness team throughout the retreat, helping them build confidence, improve health and stay motivated throughout their personal journey. Healthy meals are freshly prepared onsite by the Fit Farms chef, alongside nutrition guidance and practical lifestyle support designed to help guests continue healthy habits long after leaving the retreat.

The FitFarms programme combines fitness, wellness activities and educational workshops designed to support long-term health, confidence and lifestyle change. Although FitFarms is not currently located directly within the Atlanta area, our closest residential retreat is based in Tampa, Florida. Travelling from Atlanta is simple, with direct flights to Tampa International Airport taking approximately one hour.
FitFarms provides complimentary airport transfers to and from Tampa International Airport on all course dates, helping guests travel comfortably and stress-free. Guests travelling by car can also take advantage of free onsite parking throughout their stay.
