Our retreats are designed to help guests improve fitness, lose weight and create healthier long-term lifestyle habits in supportive and relaxing environments surrounded by nature.

Inspired by the beautiful landscapes surrounding the Toronto region, our programmes focus on fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching and sustainable lifestyle change. The nearby countryside offers peaceful woodland walks, lakeside scenery and natural outdoor spaces that create the ideal setting to recharge, reset and focus on personal well-being away from the pressures of everyday life.

At Fit Farms, every programme is tailored around individual fitness levels, personal goals and health requirements. Travelling From Toronto To Fit Farms Delaware

Although FitFarms is not currently located directly within Toronto, our nearest residential retreat is based in Delaware. We also offer flexible online wellness programmes for guests who prefer to begin their health and fitness journey from home.

The Delaware retreat is fully equipped with everything needed throughout the programme, including indoor and outdoor fitness areas, wellness facilities, a swimming pool and comfortable accommodation designed to support a relaxing and supportive retreat experience.

Travelling from Toronto is simple, with direct flights available to Philadelphia taking approximately 1.5 hours. Fit Farms provides complimentary airport transfers from Philadelphia Airport on all course dates, and free onsite parking is available for guests travelling by car.
