Throughout the program you’ll have a series of exercise classes, workshops and hikes. Alongside following a balanced diet plan catered to your needs. We include a large variety of exercise classes throughout the week some of these including Pilates, dance, swimming, beach yoga and more. An important part of the program is the workshops, you’ll have a nutrition, recipe and mindset workshop which are vital in preparing you for carrying on a consistent, maintainable weight loss past the course.

As well as classes on site you’ll also have a range of yoga and HIIT workouts off site on the beach front. With the beautiful coast of Florida, it gives you a unique experience with stunning views while exercising. Surrounding the coast is miles of sandy woodlands where you’ll also have a series of hikes surrounded by wildlife and nature.

On site we also have our FitFarms message therapist, Jane. Who offers a large rage of treatments to help support you with any past injuries, pains or cramps which prevent you from exercising to your full ability. Some of the treatments she offers include hot stone massage, Swedish massages, infra-red sauna under the stars and more.

Wellness and Weight Loss Resort Closest Location To Destin

Unfortunately, we aren’t currently open in Destin, but our closest Florida site is in Tampa, Florida. Alternatively, we also have flexible online retreats available.

Our site in Tampa is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for the course. Including a large indoor and outdoor exercise area, an indoor gym and a large outdoor pool. There are cheap flight options available from $80, with direct hour and a half trips. We also provide transport from the airport and free parking on site.
