We have listed below the typical questions that we get asked at FitFarms. What clothing will I need to bring to FitFarms?
General sports clothing, two good quality pair of trainers or a pair of walking trainers that are suitable for walking. We will send you a complete clothing list upon booking and you’ll be able to ask any further questions.

What time do I arrive and depart at FitFarms?
The seven nights course starts at 5pm on the Friday and finishes the following Friday at 10am.
The 5 Nights course that starts on the Friday commences at 5pm and completes on the Wednesday at 5pm.
The 5 Nights course that starts on the Sunday commences at 12pm and completes on the Friday at 10am.
Once you’ve booked you’ll be given a further information sheet about the retreat site and timings with more detailed information.

I am very unfit and worried that I may not be able to keep up with the group, will I still be able to come on the course?
Yes. Once you have completed the health and fitness assessment you will be devised an exercise program that is suitable and safe for your fitness ability. The team will assess you as you go through the program and will lower or raise the level of intensity as you progress. The health team are always there to listen and guide you if you have any worries and tailor the program to your fitness level and any additional requirements.

I exercise on a regular basis and would like to know if the exercise programme will be challenging?
Yes we work in small groups and you will be working out with people of a similar fitness level to yourself. The FitFarms personal trainers will complete the exercises with you so as long as you are not as fit as them you will be challenged for the whole duration of the programme.

What results will I achieve?
FitFarms guarantees that you will lose body fat, tone your body, decrease BMI, increase your fitness level and gain a more positive attitude towards food and exercise. Along with having more knowledge and tools to apply to your lifestyle in your home environment. We also support you with a post course program and mentor making sure you stay on track.

What airports do you collect from?
We run free transfers from Tampa International Airport, Palm Springs International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport.
Upon booking we will provide you with the collection, drop off time and meeting point.

What style of exercise will I take part throughout the course?
We offer a range of exercises on our courses including dance classes, pilates, Zumba, water aerobics, HIIT workouts, yoga and more. All the exercises are tailored to your fitness ability.
If you have any injuries or conditions preventing you from taking part in certain exercises we will change and shape the exercises to suit you.

I have a injury/medical condition will I still be able to take part?
Yes. We have a detailed health form to complete before you start the course and the team will be made aware of any injuries or conditions you may have. We tailor the course so it's safe and adjusted to your ability, the team are there to support and assist you through the retreat.

Are there areas to relax on site in the downtime?
Yes we have lots of relaxing areas in all our locations. You will find beautiful peaceful gardens and quiet indoor areas where you can enjoy downtime from the schedule along with further facilities varying from site to site.
