You'll have a packed program throughout the course, created by our specialist team. Your schedule will include a series of different exercise classes , some including swimming/water aerobics, dance, HIIT workouts, Pilates and more. The beach yoga and workout classes are usually favored throughout the course, as it gives you the opportunity to exercise amongst beautiful views and wildlife.

You’ll also have a range of different workshops these including nutrition, mindfulness and recipe workshops. Designed to extend your knowledge about dieting and mind set, essential for making vital lifestyle changes. Applying the tools you take from the workshops to your day to day lives will show significantly in making your weight loss results progressive and sustainable.

There’s also a range of hikes off campus, usually a variety of coastal, woodland and palm tree walks. All our sites are located in carefully picked locations, with beautiful scenic surroundings.

We also have our FitFarms massage therapist Jane. Jane offers a series of different treatments available to get on site at all times. Some of the treatments she offers includes hot stone massages, hifu treatments, Swedish massages and more.

As were still looking to locate closer to Lakeland, our closest current site is in Tampa, Florida. Alternatively, we also have flexible online retreats available.

Our Tampa site is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for each class. The site has a large indoor and outdoor exercise area, an indoor gym alongside an outdoor pool.

It is an hour drive from Lakeland to the site in Tampa, with free parking available throughout the course. Travelling by train, you can go from Lakeland to Kissimmee Amtrak station and straight to Tampa station from Kissimmee Amtrak. Taking around 2 hours. Free transport is provided from the station to the site.
